Wow! What a treat! Dalat Town has immediately become one of my favorite places to eat in Lakeland after recently visiting for lunch for the first time. I tried the Egg Roll and the Special Combination Banh Mi. The Egg Roll was airy, perfectly crisp and filled with crisp cabbage, onions and meaty tender pork. An addictive appetizer. The Special Combination Banh Mi was phenomenal. Soft bread with a lightly crisp crust was filled with tender flavorful pork, creamy pate, cool crisp cucumbers and onions, lightly sweet bbq and fresh cilantro. Overall, Dalat Town is a hidden gem in Lakeland and a must visit.
Had the rare beef pho it was really good, customer service was great and had great ambiance and atmosphere
Love this place!! The Pho was beyond amazing, place is very clean, staff incredibly friendly, lots of pho given. The mango boba tea was delicious!
Banh Mi!!! Was not expecting to find this place in Lakeland. Not sure why, but it just felt out of place. Walked in and there were a couple patrons eating Pho. It was definitely just as busy as I thought it would be... not very. That being said, I hope more people try this place because they offer some great food! It was pretty quiet and they could use some music to improve the ambiance and possibly attract more people. The Banh Mi was spectacular. Classic Vietnamese sandwich. I should have got some pho broth to dip it in! The French roll was fresh and the pork was tender. I wish it had a little bit more cilantro, but I think I like cilantro more than most. One of the better Banh Mi sandwiches I've had, which is understandable because this is a true Vietnamese restaurant. My only complaint is that they served my sandwich several minutes before the dish that the other person in my party ordered. It was kind of weird, but I imagine they are still trying to get the flow of things down. This place felt "newer" like it was opened in the last year. That was just a small issue though... I'd definitely go again!
